Just received a response from my report on solarspawn
"We have received many complaints about the deviant solarspawn, as I'm certain you're aware. Having gone through each of these complaints and investigated the issue with the help of my supervisor, it's been decided that this deviant is simply not behaving in a severe enough manner for administrative intervention at this time.
In every case, the links given have been to arguments with this deviant in which both parties have been to blame for the escalation. My only suggestion would be for those who no longer wish to have contact with him to add him to their block list and to immediately cease communication. This deviant is clearly not open for critique and so continuing to push it on him is not going to result in anything less than negative attention for all those involved.
The deviations [as in, his public block-lists that he keeps posting] in question should be reported through the steps in help.deviantart.com/155/ in order to bring them to the attention of the appropriate reviewing staff.
The "threatening" commentary that has been reported is not valid threats upon deviants' lives or private information. Again, this deviant should be blocked in order to prevent further communication.
I do, of course, realize this has been a troubling and frustrating situation, but both sides must first take advantage of the tools available to them and make a conscience effort to remove themselves from the problem before staff intervention can happen. The arguing and insistent antagonistic behavior over someone failing to handle critiques with some grace need to stop.
If you have already cut communication off and added this deviant to your block list then I suggest you stop visiting his page, following his activity and stop reading his journals. If this person bypasses the block in order to contact you directly on your own account please let us know.
Thank you."
...Like Alriandi's blog "Starving?" the-viva-revolution.deviantart… , the staff is saying that we just need to ignore him and block him. They realize he's being rude and unreasonable with everyone, but since he's not threatening anyone's lives, they're not going intervene.
So let's continue with Alriandi's idea of starving him of the attention and stop talking to him. I also asked about having your block list open in public, and I got the SAME exact response. For those, they know it's considered a call-out and it's hate art, but they want us to continue reporting those in.
Get it? Got it? Good. That is all, then.
